"Disgrace of a business. Look at all the 1 star reviews. We "won" a prize at an event, come to find out we had to pay (thankfully only) a $99 deposit to take a tour of a property we have no interest in going to in order to get our "prize" after attending the tour. We should have said no thank you on the spot, but somehow they got us. Fast forward 3 days later, they won't let me cancel even though our tour is 3 weeks away, as if we booked a highly desired spot on the tour. When I mentioned disputing our credit card, they said we agreed to the terms and would use that as their defense, basically saying we're out of luck. I don't understand how anyone would want to work for a company like this. I'm sure anyone who reads this and comes to the reviews is doing so because they just got scammed by this operation. $99 Lesson learned. Can't wait to read their copy & paste response to this. If you truly aren't a scam operation, refund me my $99."
"This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I was given misinformation verbally over the phone. After I received the first email stating what the package actually was, I tried to get a refund. I called them 2 times 3 days after having my card charged for what I thought was a vacation. When I reached out I had no help whatsoever. I disputed the charge on my credit card, and it ended up in their favor, even though they would not help me directly. When I called a couple of months later after my card having closed the dispute, I was told that It had to be within a year for me to receive a refund. I told them that it was within a year and they said oh yeah sorry it has to be within 30 days. So that right there shows they had no respect for the customer and did not even know what they were talking about. I tried again to call another representative and was spoken to very rudely and she stated that they did not even have record of me calling before that day. She told me they sent me an email with the package information stating that if I wanted a refund I would have to mail in a letter. I NEVER received that email. When I told her I never received that email, she said "Sorry its not our fault that it didn't go through. We are just responsible for sending it. We can't help if it gets to you or not". DO NOT ever work with this company and tell everyone you know to stay away. TERRIBLE customer service and very misinformed. They need to be shut down."
"My husband died and we brought a package together. Well his credit card purchased it and I can’t get my money back etc. The package expired because of his time on life support and they do not want to apply the money on another package. Instead they offered me to purchase another one and the first one was not handled professionally. What are some suggestions? What can I or should do next? This is a bad business and sometimes I want to report such manner to The Better Business Bureau. I think we could maybe experience some better treatment. I lost my money trip and was offered to buy a new trip. I never experienced a service and company with actually no good benefits or left remarks. No good experience from this company. Be careful to purchase. They are a gimmick company and they don’t sell or tell you the real about themselves."
"Unfortunately I am unable to enter 1 start. I received a “free” trip from answering a question on the radio. Payed 200 initially for the trip to be scheduled. On the reservation had to have 2 names I was told. Fast forward I was unable to make the dates reserved with my partner listed on the reservation. To change the dates was a charge of 150 and to have his name removed was another 100. I attended the trip alone as told I could by a rep name Lydia as long as I make over 50,000 I don’t need a partner to attend the trip/ timeshare. My son and I attend the trip and went to the time share the following morning. I sat in the time share meeting for 2hrs as it is a requirement to receive the free hotel and 200 gift card promised. After I declined the timeshare that is when everything changed. My son and I were kicked out of the hotel, if I wanted to stay I would have to pay an additional 300$ to Travel With Us, I declined. I was not refunded my 150 for room tax/fees for my entire stay of the hotel. Natasha a rep manager was rude when I called with my concerns, did not let me speak or ask questions and very unprofessional . Please please please do not travel with this company. They offer no refunds. This company is a scam and rip off. Don’t believe anything they say. Scam artists!!!!"
"Everything up to the arrival was great. Our sales Rep gave inside information and step by step help. Upon arrival the place we were going to stay was absolutely HORRIBLE, kids running around, smelly hallway, Noisy and much more!!! My husband & I called the company that sent the voucher & we got Vanessa Lopez. When I say she jumped hoops & hurdles to get us out of the original location. She made sure we didn't lose any money AND BASICALLY we got an upgrade. We did have to pay a little more, BUT before she stepped in we were ready to check out and find somewhere to stay. She told us to give her a little time to see what she could do. When we walked into the other Vacation Villa the red carpet was rolled out. They were amazing! The room was beautiful, you could smell the disinfect throughout the bldg and it was ABSOLUTELY QUIET!! We did run into an issue about a $100 Visa card we were supposed to receive and RCI took care of that. All in all great vacation & thank you Vanessa for all your help..."
