Explained very well and if I didn’t understand she didn’t have a problem to re explain again. She was very professional and informative. Courtnie was there throughout the whole experience even when my flight change or delayed she kept me updated with that. Everything was even better in person and the staff in the resort were so welcoming and friendly. She gave wonderful suggestions and provided excellence customer service withing herself and workers she is associated with. I would definitely recommend her. She makes sure you come back safely. The thing I love the most was having someone waiting for me with my name on the card. Everything was VIP. I didn’t have to wait in long line with immigration everything handled for. "I am by no means someone that is used to international travel but Courtnie helped me tremendously to book my bday trip to Jamaica this past Sept. Not only did she help me book the most reasonably priced for my budget, she was able to answer all of my random questions, provided me with first hand reviews of the resort ahead of time and she checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure my trip was going as planned.
