"Alba is ageist and will treat you differently/charge more if you’re younger than her because she thinks she can pull one over on you. This company is run by just her and they don’t even have a website. I found there were much better travel agencies in the area that treated you like a customer and not a bother. She was honestly EXTREMELY unpleasant to work with and had an attitude the entire time. And on top of that she’s the only one who works at this office so there’s always a line of people standing outside because she is NEVER THERE DURING HER POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!"
