"Captain Randy was a wonderful tour guide. He was very kind and knowledgeable of the manatees and the area. My fiancé and I were fortunate enough to be the only two in the tour so we got to experience a more personalized tour since manatees are my favorite animals! We saw countless manatees and I was able to take several photos while on the boat. I hope to come back and do a manatee swimming tour with this company one day! "Highly recommended!! First of all, they take much smaller groups. We saw so many other tours with big crowds of people in the water. As the manatees don't care for splashing or noise, your chances of seeing them up close are much better with a smaller group. Very responsible company that makes sure you are respectful of the manatees and makes sure you know that these interactions are a privilege and are ONLY allowed under supervised tours in this specific area of Florida. The captains are super knowledgeable and friendly too! We were lucky enough to have Captain Randy. He knows the waters and the manatees really well and is a hoot! The tour itself was the full three hours too (some places advertising three hours include the pre-tour briefing and suiting up in the three hours). We saw a mother and her calf and had multiple manatees come up to us during each of the times we got into the water. Captain Randy was even nice enough to take pictures while we were in the water and text then to us after! So we didn't even have to worry about trying to take pictures and could just enjoy the experience. If you are in the area, definitely go with Family Adventure Charters!"

"I got to see, interact, pet, and swim with five manatees! This was worth every penny and a truly unique experience. I went with Captain Randy who was excellent and all the staff made sure we were prepared and ready to go. I would not recommend this experience to families with small children who cannot spend hours in the water (it can get cold). Also, manatees will only come and interact if you’re calm and quiet in the water for the best experience."
