"I used Angie’s list to find a plumber. They came and gave me an estimate. I didn’t know squat. I didn’t know if it was reasonable or not. I asked around and sure enough they were WAY over charging me. So, I called Destin Plumbing.. Lee came by and gave me an estimate. It was such a relief. The work was done in a timely matter and his experience and professionalism showed in his work. I am relieved to know that from now on I have a plumber I can count on and trust. John Ellis"

"Very good, skilled Plumber. We had 2 very complicated situations that involved working in a tight , hard to reach space. We were also missing parts that were supplied by the manufacture under the warranty but arrived not complete and partially incorrect, but the Plumber used his creativity and solved all the problems. We never expected this job to be possible, but was completed to Our full satisfaction."

"I gave my address and was told that he doesn't use GPS but knows the area. I tried giving brief directions just in case because I love in a very large neighborhood. He called me and was lost at the time of my appointment, as I tried to explain directions he became quickly frustrated and rude. He would not listen to my directions and acted like I was the one with the problem. He asked if I knew my north from south, east, west. Told me that I am doing too much talking and he is trying to find where he is going. The directions were simple he just wouldn't listen: I finally told him that I wouldn't be needing his services and hung up. He proceeded to leave me a nasty voicemail about how he is sorry that I gave up and he was trying to keep his cool. I cannot believe that people carry on like that and I'm glad I never invited him into my house! Horrible horrible service!"

"Destin Plumbing might be good at what he does but I feel you should represent your company anywhere at anytime, even when driving your work van to drop off your children at school. I had to slam my breaks and protect my children from nearly hitting Destin Plumbing van when he pulled out in front of me this afternoon. No sign from him that he was apologetic at all and it was indeed his fault. Hopefully he will represent his company with more professionalism in the Destin community."
