"Psychopath in apt 402, we tried checking in after a long day, he accused us of trying to enter his apartment, cussed us out, followed us downstairs. Door lock on our rental did not work, so we were stuck out. German looking guy, flower tattoos down one arm, fat, with beard. Horrible."

"Stayed at this place every year and left good reviews, never had an issue, Owners texted me and were happy to see me back again in the future. This year, send them full amount and they replied that my deposit did not go through- (you only need a deposit at check in which is three months away so not buying that excuse.) Checked with the bank and payments were approved. Second time and funds went through successfully again, they replied now that their policy is not to rent to locals, remind you that I have rented couple of times here and why not telling me that at the first successful payment. Very unprofessional, worst booking experience ever in the World, with Rocket Stay. Wish the Owners good luck but they will never get my business again."

"The worst and most bad company you would ever wana deal with, no good communication old building and delaying your security deposit refund for more than 20 days also they don't refund it in full without no reason. A big construction work will not make you sleep and will not inform you until you pay for reservations. I don't advise you .."

"My wife and I booked an unit for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness of the unit, location of the building and the assistance received were handsome. David is one of a kind,always helpful and ready to assist us. The customer service was detailed in all check-in information and available at any time. We will definitely be back and thank you for making us feel like at home."

"I loved this little spot! I own a magazine, and travel a lot. Sometimes I like to rent a local apartment and just "live in the city" while I'm working instead of getting a hotel. This place was perfect for me. Great kitchen and living room space. (That wall is perfect for photos!) It's right in the heart of downtown Miami, and easily walkable, but the designated parking space is a HUGE plus, as I drove down from GA. The hosts, Jason and Dave, offered lots of food recommendations. I didn't try them all, but THE HIDEOUT CAFE was such a lovely experience, and it's just a short walk from the apartment! I did end up purchasing an additional comforter for the bed...just because I like a bit more cushion. And they're good about keeping up with pest control. I didn't have any issues, but the exterminators did visit during my stay. I was given 24-hour notice, a reminder, and an accurate time frame for their inspection. I also received daily correspondence making sure that I was enjoying my stay. Overall, I got much needed work and rest in this space. I've added it to my list of local favorites!"
