The studio features a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable and streaming services, and free WiFi. Amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster oven, and electric skillet. Guests also have access to beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and beach wagon cart for use on the private beach.

Dawn (owner/manager) made sure we had everything we could need - including beach towels, chairs, beach wagon & cooler. We have stayed at 3 other "Dawn's Rentals" and have found them all to be top notch. Dawn is always available and accommodating and truly wants you to enjoy your stay."
