"This company is amazing. I put a $5 bill in the machine and only got $2.25. I spoke with a really nice lady named Jan on the phone. She was very helpful. Then Hope brought me the remaining $2.75 to the campground for me. She was so, so kind. Wow!!! Best customer service ever. We have partnered with Titus for over twenty years - their owner Robert Titus has gone above and beyond to help accommodate our request and help make needed improvements - the new machines are fabulous and their support with set up has been immediate upon request - the new technology provides excellent detail tracking on use of each machine helping us to know our specific needs and generated revenue . Everything that we requested they have provided- smaller family owned business with the intent to take care of their customers ! "Beware, this company will tell you ANYTHING to get you to sign the contract. Once you do however they will refuse to repair anything and replace any equipment with the oldest, most broken down appliances that exist. Also everyone at this company is related so when you have an issue the only response you will get is "o that's so and so he's my brother/mom/uncle in law they definitely wouldn't do ANYTHING like that, regardless if you have camera footage of them doing exactly that."
