"We left my daughter’s iPad with SUPA a week before Christmas. He informed us he would let us know if it could be repaired within an hour. That entire Sunday went by and we did not receive a call. The following day we reached out and he said he was missing a part to properly repair it and it should be ready in a few days. On Friday before Christmas my fiancée contacted him again since we still did not get a response, SUPA said he honestly had not touched the Ipad as of yet and once again said he would confirm with us by the end of the day if he could repair it. SUPA still did not contact us. Yesterday (Christmas Eve) we called him again since he did not reach out to us and reminded him this was one of my daughter’s Christmas gift and that we need a response. He stated he was not able to fix it. When we retrieved the IPAD from him it was as if it was never even touched. For an entire week he held on to my daughter’s iPad and did nothing. This was my first and last time reaching out to this repair store for their services."

"Phoned ahead to confirm location after Groupon purchase for phone screen repair and new battery. No appointment needed. One guy was ahead of me. My service took about 30 minutes. There is limited parking, the store sells lots of phone and pad accessories as well as vape products. Located right off east I-95 on Sterling Rd. I am happy with the price and service."
