"From the day I called which was on a Sunday!! at 6pm, I got a very nice lady by Amanda who answered the phone and took the time to listen to my issues. my AC needed repair and had stopped blowing cold air, I have a newborn and needed service fast! I called 12 companies who all claim 24/7 service and did not answer the phone. They only charged $129 to come out which was more than fair at this time, Eric the technician came out and was AMAZING!!! he went straight to work to try and get my AC fixed fast. He gave me 3 repair options to fix my 12 year old system, i choose the basic repair option for now because Zoom Zoom AC will be replacing it next week, I purchased a new Air Conditioning system with 10 year warranty so I have peace of mind in my new home.
