"A BIG thank you to the gentlemen at Pep Boys on Pine Island and 44th. My car sounded 'funny' when I started it yesterday morning and no different after work. Convenience, at the time had me pull into this location and ask for a battery check. They immediately checked, showed me the levels and recommended that I replace the battery. They had the model I needed in stock and offered to change it out immediately and they did just that, with professionalism and expediency. I am grateful for this spur of the minute choice and my encounter with all the people involved at this location. My car is driving like she's brand new! Thank you Jan"

"Terrible service! Dont bring your car here . They take advantage of you - i came in with a fleet account , they said i had to change my tires when they were brand new, i only asked for an oil change - they changed tires anyways , the next day on the way to work my tire goes flat some how and they said they arent responsible… highly advise you to not bring here!! TRUST ME ! They are scam artists!!!"
