"Jesús was amazing. When my AC stopped working, I had a company out that convinced me that I needed a new system. They said my system was completely done. The quoted me an outrageous amount so I called Quality Breeze for another estimate on an entirely new system. Mind you, I did not ask them for a second opinion that I needed a new system because the prior company convinced me that I did. I just called Quality Breeze to see if I can get a lower price on the system. Jesus came out and said that I really didn’t need a new system, just a new part. He replaced the part for 1/10th of the price the other company quoted me on. He even threw in a new thermostat for free! I was still skeptical that this would solve the problem, but it’s now been three months and the AC is still working like new. This company saved me thousands of dollars on a new system. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such honest and excellent service from any company. Quality Breeze is now going to be my go to company for all HVAC needs!"
