"Very nice place graud gated community, very secure I take care of Two dogs that leave on on the second to last or highest level of one of the buildings and the view from there is just absolutely amazing.. wish I could leave there the only thing is that it is built right on top of interncoastal I would be worried building would sink in, but that's just my paranoid thoughts.. they made those building to last. Such a cool place!!"

"My sister lives here and it's a beautiful place with a great location. The only is thing to worry about is even though the place is very secure, security can be a HUGE PAIN. They wouldn't let my sister in a couple of times and she LIVES there! You need your ID to get in, but if you're visiting someone and you're not on their list of people to let in, then you're stuck waiting there until security calls the person so they can tell security to let you in. They don't allow outside pets either, so if you want to bring the family dog for a visit, you'll have to either hide them in a bag or your car. I love this place, but they need to know that there is such a thing as "too secure"."

"Lovely place, well built and carefully maintained at reasonable fees despite a lot of amenties and a lot of regular cleaning and maintenance by great friendly staff (who will boost your battery if asked), very good security, great maybe best views in city of ocean and intercoastal and of singer island and boats esp at night. Nothing is perfect including hot wire (however, the cost of cable, internet and long distance NA phone service is amazingly inexpensive for what you get and hotwire is trying hard incl regular visitations and service improvements ). intersting that the two negative comments are by a fired hotwire employee with an axe to grind and no other apparent connection, and someone who claims there is too much paperwork to get in (controlled access to documented people is huge positive IMHO)"
