"I called your company to solve a problem. With the "experience " you say you have it was never mentioned prior to starting the job that you are not able to handle issues if there is problems with the gas line. With all "experience" when I asked for help in fixing the gas line problem all you said was " call a GASS company" . With all your experience you would think you would have a referral for me to resolve the issue. If you cared about customer service you would have had answers for me. Call a gas company , I don't think is an answer for a company with your experience. I went to a Plumbing supply and they were not able to provide the needed part. They told me where I would find what I needed. That is customer service, help me resolve the issue, not leaving me hanging. Called and made appointment for installation of a GAS water heater. Sent them photos of the entire area. Was given a quote and accepted the offer. After the heater was completely installed I was told that the GAS regulator was cracked and I had to get a company that was licensed to work on a gas line. If I was informed prior to the install that they are not licensed to work on GAS why would I have hired them. They did not even have some one to refer to complete the job. The only thing they said was " call a gas company" . How could I know if the job they completed was correct? How unprofessional they were. I will make sure to not use them. You should look elsewhere if you are looking for a professional company."
