"Called and asked how much to fix an iPhone 7 plus , they said $49.99 . When I arrived , the price was $70.00 instead to change my broken screen , plus the Uber costs to arrive . He didn’t have the black color screen for the phone so instead he put a white one. I paid $10 extra for a screen protector , then when I arrived home the screen was scrolling up and down and typing by itself. I thought maybe it was the screen protector making it act crazy so I took it off and it still didn’t work . This caused me emotional stress and pain since I work with my phone , I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone"

"I took my iphone 7 in as i cracked the screen. Who needs to put up with the overpriced service at apple stores and wait forever to get a screen fixed. The owner fixed the screen in a few minutes while i ran some errands in the area. It worked well. However, there was a problem with the proximity sensor (the sensor that turns off the phone when you put it to your ear when you get calls so you dont press buttons randomly with your ear!). I took it back in and he fixed the issue in a minute or two at no charge. And explained what was going on to me as well. Knows what he is doing and took full responsibility for his work. Fast, ethical and fair. Great service. I can highly recommend him."

"My screen cracked on my iPhone (everything else was workig) and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Great job and very convenient as it’s near a bunch of shopping. The guy was very polite. Can’t beat the price , $74. The credit card machine wasn’t working properly so I paid in cash. I don’t know if they make appointments but I just walked in around 1 in the afternoon. It’s a pain to go to the Apple store for me (two toddlers) and sometimes can’t get an appointment quickly so this was a great option for me."
