"This store has been closed for over one month, i left my electric scooter to be repaired and no one has called me back.?? what's going on .?? that was a poor response from you guys ,suggesting that I'm making this claim up ?? wow, I guess that legal action is my only alternative, you mentioned that the store is open and that's another lie ,i just called again for the 110 time and there is no answer, man up and call me back."

"I met the new people in this location and I have to say that they are Amazing ! I had a terrible experience with the previews owners my Scotter was never fixed correctly , then they close and I was afraid to use my Scotter due to a bad repair I got from this place , one day the new owner introduce himself at my work place and I expressed my experience then he said “ give me 2 weeks and I promotes you I’ll fixed your Scotter the right way “ well , he did , now I feel very confident on riding my Scotter again , thank you so much for taking care my bad experience and turning into happiness and ready to bring my Scotter to you in case I need it . I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100% the people here are super polite and ALWAYS willing to help you which it’s hard to find these days. If you have a problem with your Scotter or any device trust them they’ll get it done !"

"I took in a Gogo scooter I need to move around due to injuries. I called to make sure they could fix them. I specifically asked if they carried the controller for mine. I gave them the part number. They yes just bring it in. I drive from Miami to Wynwood. I got their parking is in the back. I’m disabled and had to walk around the bldg, the store having a rear access door. I walked inside the person working told me I had to bring the scooter around the front because he could not open the rear door. Maybe me having a cane would have made him reason a little bit. No I had to bring it down by myself and walk it around once again to the front entrance. I stood there for 30 min while the rep was on his personal phone convince a friend not to buy a specific phone or scooter. He kelp pointing at me to give a minute. As I stood there with my cane I had to find a place to sit as I could no longer stand. The front of the business was a coffee shop I guess that went out of business. The back half is Techy which is a mess and looks like a back yard mechanic shop. I sat on a stood until finished his 30 min conversation. He finally hung up and asked what I needed. I said I need the controller that I called in for.. I gave him the part number. He said that one I have to order. I said I have called 3 days straight asking for this part and you don’t have it. You are asking me for $220 for a part that cost $124 on Monster scooters website. I already have the bike apart I just have to plug it in. He said sorry I don’t have the part. This place is a joke, and also a mess. They scooter taking apart all over the place, and parts everywhere. Don’t take your business here. Find any other place to go to. This is more of a Chop Shop!! I fixed it myself with a 1 year part warranty."

Drop off your item, go have lunch and have confidence that they will take care of your needs. Petco just across the street. It’s been more than 90 days since we had our batteries replaced. They are still working wonderfully and showing at 100%. Highly recommend this place"
