"Gage provided outstanding customer service. He helped me brainstorm what to get my bf for valentines day and even checked the back to see if they had what I wanted. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but he went out of his way to check if any of the local stores in the area carried what I wanted- and they did! This is a Gage appreciation post, I really hope Best Buy sees this. Edit: This is a Gage appreciation post but I would also like to say that the rest of the staff were extremely nice and offered to help me at literally every section I walked into. Overall great experience."
"Wow this is a really nice Best Buy! I was assisted by a nice gentleman by the name of Aaron. He answered all my questions got me everything I needed and he was very pleasant and very helpful. I'm grateful for people like this. Great experience here at this Best Buy I highly recommend it. My charger for my Surface Pro pooped out so I had to get a new one they had it in stock and it was the windows name brand"
"I picked up an order in curbside pickup and the box was severely damaged. I was assured the product was fine. I was told that the packaging straps damaged the box. I explained the returning to the store to return the item wasn't really an option, but I was told that it was likely fine. Well, I unboxed the item and upon removing the plastic I see 4 dent in the front of it. One of the dents is deep enough to have scraped the pain off. Very disappointed. I don't understand why they would even give this to me. Was it the last one? I mean, why not inspect and sell on clearance. This is a damaged product. Now I have to find a way to return this thing. If you need to speak with management, good luck! I called and waited on hold for what felt like and eternity. No one answered."

"Terrible experience buying laptop from Best buy. They sold me a laptop saying 90 day manufacturer warranty. The laptop keyboard stopped working and I contacted the manufacturer and they denied any warranty. Now I am left with a junk laptop. Always buy directly from manufacturer. best buy warranty is just false advertising and they will just find a sneaky way to sell defective products."
