Publix Super Market at Mirasol Walk

"Very saddened my a few things that happened to me at this location at Marisol in the same day. A white male that works in the meat area walked towards me and started talking to me in Spanish asking me what I needed but it felt very awkward because he just assumed that I didn’t speak English (or let’s say maybe he was practicing his Spanish) . Then I walked to the fruit and vegetables area and two people male and women walked where I was by the oranges and they decided to stand on my left side and one on my right side almost like they wanted to squeeze me out of there and make me uncomfortable. They behaved like I wasn’t visible, and started talking loud to each and I between them, it seemed like they had this all planned out. I stood there froze not knowing what else they were going to do but I was still looking for the right bag of oranges. To top it off I went to the deli area to order a sandwich and an older man, his wife and daughter were clearly so upset at my presence. Little by little I could sense them getting even more angrier. They even got so mad at My 2 year old toddler in her stroller with her tablet and the older man came and screamed at me saying my babies toddler was too loud and to please put it down and pointing his fingers at us. I didn’t listen because he didn’t ask with manners or respect and I knew he was just being racist and mean. I looked at the person in line behind me and seemed that he was also upset and just rolled his eyes at me. So here I am Hispanic female with toddler that lives in Marisol as well being treated like I don’t belong there . I was holding my tears the whole time and hoping I could get the strength to speak up but I couldn’t give them the pleasure to make me look crazy. I just hope all this people went home and thought about what they did and hope that if they believe in God they understand that there’s only one heaven and we are all going to live there together too. Be prepared if you go here before 6pm because many of you won’t be welcome . and a few items are more expensive here at Marisol than other locations so that’s not good. Very clean place but definitely a lot of Karens and racist people ."

"Meh! Average service, high prices. Neat and clean. There's not much else to say other than I really wish all stores would realize the importance of exceptional customer service. At the very least, employees who like their job and are not taking it out on the consumer because they had to show up!"

"i live across the street in Pga national And I can say it is probably the best supermarket you can shop at very nice area.the workers are always good and kind all the food is very fresh! Big shout out to Jean Luis on the produce excellent worker great attitude!!"
