"unfortunately I am not getting the service that others have been. I left numerous messages and finally heard from Daniel. He was very pleasant on the phone, we set up an appointment. I was impressed by what he said needs to be done to correct the sounds that come through the windows when it’s windy outside. He said i will get the quote in a day or two.I left voice messages and texts. finally he sent it to me. when I saw the quote I saw he was charging $80 for each screw. This was a separate job that we were considering or we would just change the screws ourself. I assumed that was a mistake and maybe that price per window. in any case I left him a message to please give me a quote without changing the screws so then we can decide which way to go. it took once again many calls and texts until i received that quote. very little was taken off the original quote which included the screws. once again i left messages and texts asking him to call me back. Since I heard nothing and was tired of running after him so I called the office asking for the owner l. I was told his name is Joseph but she won’t give him the message before she spoke with Daniel. I asked her to please give Joseph the message I don want to hear back from Daniel at this point. I told her if I don’t hear back from him I will assume my $2500 business is not import him. I just heard back from Daniel. He left let’s just say an unapologetic message. I called the office one more time asking if she gave Joseph the message. I told her if he can’t have the Courtesy to call, I will take my business elsewhere. At this point, Joseph didn’t call."
