"Could not ask for a better experience. Was let down by another AC company for days and these guys came through bigtime. Had the repair guy out here within 90 minutes of calling them, and they sent all the necessary paperwork to my condo association right away, and the guy was super-patient when the association was dragging its feet sending out the handyman to open the hatch to get to the AC unit on the roof. Front desk lady was awesome as well, super-responsive and detailed and prompt. They took care of calling the AC's manufacturer to check if it was still under warranty, and then they took care of ordering the replacement coils. They fixed the whole thing when we weren't even home. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys, I am so grateful for your service and it feels nice to be home again with a working AC and not have to stay at my in-laws' anymore LOL"
