"Abysmal customer service, these people were talking and chatting amongst themselves instead of changing my tire, took me two hours for a new tire. They also tried to trick me by giving me a smaller tire, but I caught them in the act, they thought I was stupid. They would have ruined my whole wheel alignment. The mechanic lost one of my bolts for the tire and spent easily 10 minutes looking for my missing bolt. They must have taken it personally when I caught them in the act because they gave me a popped tire after. I had to return 5 minutes later to get my tire changed AGAIN. This is unacceptable, this place needs to go out of business soon with the way they’re doing things."
