"I took a dead Lenovo laptop that had dropped on its side, right next to the power switch. I had little hope of being able to get it fixed at a reasonable cost. When I took it to uBreakiFix, I was greeted by Todd. He was friendly, courteous and very candid about what might be required to get it fixed. A few hours after I dropped it off, Todd called and informed me that he had fixed it. What surprised me even more was the more-than-fair cost of the repair. "This store and its staff are amazing! The Best! I came in a couple of months ago for a battery change (amazing and quick service then), and earlier this week the issue I had with my phone was apparently due to a faulty battery. I have nothing but good things to say from the service I received from start to finish. The responsiveness and communication from the the time I set up my online appointment was great. The service I received was quick. The best part of this experience was that the gentleman that helped me (9/5) was so genuine, helpful, and kind. He fixed my phone perfectly and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
