"Worst service ever, they charge for job not done, access my residence without my permission and removed motor ftom my unit. They then installed a cheap after market product and charged me $650 for same , all without permission to enter my home or to do this job. Worker was rude , unprofessional and argumentative. They also cleaned 3 ac vents and billed me $285 for same. These are bad actors , stay clear of this crooked company."

He let me in on a secret, the big name brand manufactured the ac I bought. Literally made in the same factory, even use the same parts. I have had no issues with Wayne Group or the AC he has installed."
