"DO NOT BRING YOUR TRAILER HERE FOR SERVICE. Jack, the owner agreed new OEM brand Dexter axles to be installed on my trailer. He ends up installing cheaper unbranded made in China axles without telling me. When I confronted him for a solution he responded with “are you going to sue me?” Had no intentions on refunding me or installing the correct axles so I’m stuck with them unless I take him to court. Reporting to BBB as well"
