"We scheduled an appointment with Jennifer for our honeymoon planning. Unfortunately, she had to cancel at the last minute but rescheduled it for a couple of days later. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate the new appointment time she had made. However, we were disappointed when she failed to call us for the rescheduled appointment, even after we had confirmed it with her. Despite our follow-up email asking if we were still meeting, we received no response. While we were eager to work with Jennifer and understood the need to reschedule, the lack of communication and follow-through was unprofessional. It was unfortunate that we took time off work for our rescheduled appointment to just to have our time wasted."
