Destin Family Beach Fun Vacation Rental House

"We so enjoyed celebrating Christmas here at this lovely home. From the beautiful view of sky and Gulf from our 3rd floor bedroom, the spacious kitchen in which to cook, the comfortable seating around the living room, the glass windows surrounding the kitchen/living space, the gated community to walk for exercise, to the beauty of sunrises and sunsets and healthy barefoot walking on the beach...it was a great location and wonderful home. Plus Nick's gracious spirit was a pleasure to work with. A+++would be my rating!!"

"This is the perfect house!!! It's large with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It has a nice pool and attached hot tub. It is located in the nicest neighborhoods in Destin. The neighborhood is a gated community with 24 hour security. This made for very little if any traffic in the neighborhood which was nice. The house is located directly across the street from the main private beach access which was so convenient. We had no issues with the home while there but anytime we had questions we would text the owner and within minutes we would have a response. By far, the best communication we have ever experienced with renting a vacation home. We have rented dozens and dozens of vacations homes within Destin every year and this house is hands down the best house we have ever stayed in. The only thing that would be a potential downside to this property is their is no cancellation policy. We rent vacation homes in October which is smack dab in the middle hurricane season. Other than that little drawback, it is a beautiful home in a beautiful location!!"

"Our family of 18+ have been vacationing in Destin for 20 years straight. We stay at a house, enjoy it then move on to try another. After our stay at Family Beach Fun and after experiencing the above and beyond customer service and communication received by the owner Nick, we will never stay anywhere else! I'm actually hesitant to write a review as that will make this property more appealing to others making it harder to book. :) However Nick deserves all the praise and success this house brings him as it is truly AMAZING! The location is perfect, everything in the house worked as expected, you can just tell they take pride in keeping this house in perfect condition. Sufficient parking for a house this size and the private beach access is now a must for our party. The smallest detail that thoroughly impressed me was every switch is illuminated with a label as to what it does. No more guessing! Even the garage outdoor lights were impressive with natural gas flames burning. You will not regret staying at this property.....just don't take my week. :)"

"This house is AMAZING! It is even more beautiful in person! Our family ranges from 13 years old to 24 years old for our 5 kids and two of their spouses! We also added in three friends making it 12 of us staying here for the week. Everyone had their own beds/bedroom. With the unused bunk niche and bunks that weren’t filled up we could have comfortably added 8 more people. The private pool and hot tub were nice sized and very clean/comfortable. The house bottom level was roomy and had comfortable couch and the mini fridge and bar was awesome for having cold drinks on that level. The 2nd level had a large living room and huge dining room table. The kitchen is fantastic and has a huge stove for cooking for a big group, two dishwashers, great size fridge, a separate ice machine for use and to top it off the kitchen was stocked with every pan, bowl or utensils you could ever ask for! All the bedrooms are fantastic and roomy! The queen room would be best suited for a young person as there is not a closet and its private bath is in the hall and not hooked to the room. With the sliding doors to this room there is not really privacy for a couple to use it. The master bedroom is the best I’ve ever seen or stayed in. Private fridge and counter in this room, huge room and so spacious, huge master bath! The view of the ocean from this bathroom and room itself are breathtaking! The ceiling fans in this home are top quality and push a ton of air! We’ve been visiting Destin yearly 1-3 times and have stayed in this neighborhood Destiny by the sea in 7 different houses! This one blows them all away! Nick is the best host we’ve ever had on a vacation! Communication is a 10! Home is a 10! Access directly across to beach is a 10! Vacation was in turn a 10! We will be staying here many times in the future! Thanks Nick"

"Family Beach Fun is a beautiful vacation home in the perfect Destin location. We have stayed there twice now and each time made wonderful memories with family and friends. We love being steps from the beach, while also having the option of swimming in the private pool or soaking in the hot tub. On each of our trips, we took advantage of the well-appointed kitchen, large grill, and huge dining room table to make and eat some delicious (and occasionally gourmet) home-cooked dinners. And you can't beat looking out at the ocean while sitting on one of the balconies and drinking coffee in the morning! We will be back!"
