"I own a time sharing in a resort in Orlando and have some Get Away weeks with RCI; the company (Royal Vacation Resort) approached me to rent my "Get Away with RCI", they indicated they would find a customer to rent the unit within a few weeks. I paid $ 852 in January 2010. I called them today, December 2012, and they indicated they have not been able to rent my Get Away weeks, 3 years have passed!!! They have not sent an email or called in 3 years! I asked for a refund, and of course they indicated that was not possible and they were rude. Be aware, in my opinion Royal Vacation Resort does false advertisement. I do not recommend to do business with this organization."
