Within minutes, they were trying to sell my daughter (the occupant) a completely new system “for ONLY” $200 per month for the next 119 months. If we wanted, they could also supply us with a water heater for another $50 per month for the next 119 months. After they left, we called in another company, and they asked us why we left out the disconnects both inside and outside. Was this forgetfulness or sabotage. The salesman, Jose Chapaprieta, is simply a business predator."
