"Luis installed my rear glass for my Tacoma. I bought the Toyota OEM glass. Less than a year later it’s leaking. On my receipt shows lifetime warranty on install. I tried for a week to get him come out inspect it. Didn’t show first and second day. Second day rescheduled for next day before noon. I text him next day asking approximate time, he says he was at court and if I don’t stop messaging him he will not come to inspect the leak. Now he won’t answer calls or text. He blames leak on gasket from 3rd brake light. Which I have inspected and in working order."

I was understanding. Now stuck with defective windshield, cheated, unsafe! Such a nightmare!"
