"If you want to get ripped off then def go with this company. We had a service guy come and didn’t even want to look at the problem but suggested we needed a whole new AC unit. I kept telling him if we don’t NEED a whole new unit and can just change the motor we will go with that to save over 10k. He kept insisting that we needed a whole new AC unit and it was very frustrating because he wasn’t looking at the problem. After telling him about five times that I am not interested in a new AC unit he finally got the hint And was willing to replace the motor which was the problem, but at that point, I was so turned off by his behavior. I wanted him out. We called another handyman and he had the motor replaced within 30 minutes and only cost us $700 vs 15k. Horrible service, and this company does not respect the customers wishes at all and they just want to make money. Will never call them again, and I suggest everyone does the same. Times are rough right now and this company just wants to make money."

AND sent Frank that same day, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me with figuring out the issue and the cleaning work that needs to be done.
