"SPENT $12,000 ON REPAIRS, ON MY RV. THEN, BILL CURRIE SOLD PROPERTY AND NOW IT IS A BOAT LOT. NOT HONORING WARRANTY AND MANGER IS WON'T BE AVAILABLE FOR A WEEK. NO THANKSGIVING TRIP THIS YEAR."
"We do not normally write reviews, but we thought our experience might help others navigate their RV needs. The people who work here are very friendly. We dropped off our vehicle for service on April 19th and we were hopeful that we would get our RV back in a week or so. We asked them to take a look at our RV because it was having trouble starting. We also asked them to take a look at the generator because it wasn't working. We wanted them to flush the tanks and check the house side to see if it needed anything. We said we wanted it camp ready when we picked it up. However, it took them over 100 days, yes, over 100 days to figure out how to get it running and put a set of new tires on the RV. Their communication was virtually non existent during those 100 days. We would call to get updates on our RV and we were told time and time again that the service manager would be back shortly and that they would get the update and call us back. A week would go by with no update. Everytime we would call it was one excuse after another. Finally we decided to tell them we were going to pick up our RV in a week and we wanted it camp ready. We called the day before we were picking it up to tell them we would be there before closing to pick up our RV. They said it was running and that they would run through everything and give us an update in the morning. We arrived a little before 4pm and at 4:30 they told us that the AC was not working. When we walked out to see the vehicle we asked about the generator and he said the generator cover was missing. So we showed him that the cover was sitting on top of the generator. Not sure how much they knew about the generator if they did not know where the cover was. After paying $4,700 to get it running with new tires, we were desperate to get it off their property and very disappointed in the cost. We drove our RV for 6 hours and parked it. When we went back out to check on it, we had 3 flat tires. So we had to put air in the new tires, but the tires would not hold air. We now have our RV at a new place to complete the unfinished work (Dash AC, Cam shaft position sensor, solenoid for our generator, hot water heater, flush and sanitize the tanks, new valve stems on the brand new tires that were installed). So unless you are looking for free storage, I would be very cautious about taking your RV to Bill Currie Ford for any service or repair. Spread the word!"
"Fastest RV repair, excellent communication, able to get me in asap, affordable. Couldn’t recommend more!"
