"I had a terrible experience at this company. The lady/receptionist was rude, unhelpful and had no manners. I’ve used Sprinkler Repair company for many years and spent hundreds of dollars, but recently the irrigation repair service was terrible. I’ve had to call them back numerous times to correct issues they caused. The service was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of quality and unscrupulous business practice. I would give them a “minus Star” if it was available."

"Sprinkler Repair Inc. "Nightmare" Met with Tech - Gave him Survey and showed him well defined property boundaries. Discussed Landscape plans. First Day - Walked property and confirmed layout East Side - He flagged areas that would not work. Argued till he corrected. Two hours later realized he trenched neighbors yard. Argued till JJ came out - they corrected. West Side - He flagged areas in neighbors yard argued that he had to move them into my yard. Came back only to discover he trenched my neighbors yard 3-4 feet on his property, nearly 200 feet long. Argued and demanded he move it into my property and demanded he have his supervisor show up. Called office and told her we have issues and need JJ to call - No reply I was charged for reconfiguring my well to supply more volume - instead he tied into a very weak spot 100 feet away. Confirmed with them no lost solenoids boxes in yard, both to be behind screen enclosure. They put three boxes in the middle of the yard. They put heads in very odd places including blocking spigots and door ways. When I complained that sprinklers are hitting windows they said they are fixed and nonadjustable. They charged me and confirmed the timer box will be hardwired - they simply plugged into a receptacle leaving the wire dangle. I immediately PAID IN FULL to get rid of these butchers - 10 minutes later he comes back demanding $ 1,020.00 for additional labor. I am left with a complete disaster of a sprinkler system and repairing my neighbors yard. Are you next?"

"I was a bit apprehensive to use them based on reviews, but I guess I got lucky. Their call center was professional and responsive. Their tech arrived on time as scheduled and delivered top notch service and the price was phenomenal! They fixed four sprinkler heads and added one new line in less then two hours. And the best part was that I paid half of what I thought the bill would be! I would highly recommend them and they have a customer for life!"
