They were on time to install the unit. The cleaned everything and explained everything to us. The office assisted and completed the unit registration online and provided a copy for warranty. "I would not use this company again. One employee parked in front of my house for forty minutes and did not introduce himself or explain to me what was going on. It was creepy. At 9:30 am a second employee arrived and the two employee's came to my front door. After putting insulation in my attic they did not clean up after theirselves. They left insulation on my garage floor, on my washer, a handful of insulation on the threshold of my front door and on the rug step into the house. They left a bucket full of insulation pieces mixed in with grass in my side yard. Also they left piles of insulation on my attic walkway, piles of insulation on my attic venting and a big pile of insulation at the top of my attic ladder. So to get onto my attic walkway you had to step into the pile of insulation and insulation was left on my attic ladder. I think my son and I could of done a better job. It was like an ocean ,piles of heavy insulation (high waves of insulation) with minimal insulation between the "waves". As I climbed up the attic ladder there was minimal insulation under the venting straight ahead! I can't speak about other employees but the two that put the insulation in my attic doesn't bode well for the company."
