"Lawn mower would not start. When I got it home the blade was not moving, so it was taken back to be checked. $250.00 later the blade is still not moving. now what? Sorry for the misunderstanding I was not aware of the circumstances.i would like to apologize for my unwarranted rant,I feel very stupid for blaming you.the mower is running fine."

"BEWARE!! Avoid this place at all cost. I brought my blower because it wouldnt start. I told them I had replaced the ignition, spark plug, gas filter and carburator. They call me back to tell me it was not worth to replace the engine piston. What?? Who are they to decide if its worth it or not. I am the one paying for the job not them. Besides engine pistons are sold on amazon and even I can replace it. In addition to the lack of knowledge, they charged me when I went to pick up the blower. And to add insult to injury, the back pack was all in pieces. They did not put it back together as I had given it to them. If they had just bit of courtesy and customer service, I would of bought a new back pack from them. Plus the lady at the front desk has a bad attitude and its always on the phone, very rude bad mannered. These place is a rip off. Avoid it."

I know that I can always call and talk to Wendy or Bobby about our equipment and get a completely honest opinion from them! Repairs are completed with an incredible turn around time! We have bought 90% of our equipment here and would never buy from anywhere else due to the fact that they really care about the products and what’s best for the customers!"

Bought all my commercial mowers, custom trailers, and 2 cycle equipment such as edgers, weedeaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, blowers etc. They also do all my repair work. Everything is high quality and done honestly. Great customer service and fast service. Best shop around by far."

"They took forever to diagnose my mower. I was told 3 days and after calling back several times I finally got an answer after 6 days. Two days after getting the mower back it made weird sounds and wouldn't start. I took it back and it took them 3 weeks to tell me nothing was wrong. I mowed 5 more lawns and the part they "fixed", the drive belt, is broken again. I should have listened to the other bad reviews on this page. The owner told me he struggles to find good help. I agree."
