I was putting a claim in with my extended warranty and the previous shop could not get through to my warranty nor did they know to handle it after 4 weeks of keeping my car in the shop. I gave Long wood Auto fix a call and proceeded to take my car in and within ONE day they were able to get through to my warranty and handled the claim like a breeze. "I had gone before and it was okay. Small waiting room, long wait for basic service but it seemed like they did okay. I tried again and even though I booked an appointment, they couldn't get me in because "online booking doesn't really work." I drove all the way out there just to turn around and go home. Their mechanics might be good, I wouldn't know, I'm never going back as the basics of keeping customers' appointments are so poor."
