"I called Brownies to schedule a simple pumping out of septic tank. They called on the day of service and canceled due to their trucks breaking down! On the next appointment, their technician had just placed the pipe inside the tank and literally 15 seconds later called me …”hey, hey”..I can not pump your tank because your waste is too solid. He asked me ….what do you guys eat? I told him that if he can not complete the job to leave! He told me if “I wanted him to pump the waste back in the tank then?”. I called his company and they are still charging me …….. Don’t waste your money!! Call another company. These people are incompetent and rude as well."

Karen J., greeted me so nicely and then, Alison H., came over and both ladies were very kind, helpful, professional, and patient with me.
