"Be very careful with this scammer. I took my tape deck to be serviced and paid a $45 diagnostic fee which turned out to be a non-diagnostic fee because he never even opened the unit to verify the problem. He just made up some issue which I later proved to him it was wrong. The unbelievable part was how many excuses he came up with. Word of advice., if you still want to risk leaving your stuff with this scammer, align the outer cover screws in a certain position or leave some marks that allow you to verify that he indeed opened the unit. You will be surprised."

"I dropped the item off in December 2022.. They had the item to fix for over 6 months and still didn't have it repaired. I called multiple times and they would have a excuse like they are waiting on the part, another they had received 1 of the 2 parts needed. I tried to pick it up once and the guy couldn't find the item and told to come back tomorrow. They told me it was fixed at one point and I asked what was wrong and they said it showed the picture now, I told them I dropped it off bc there was no sound. Finally had enough of trying to get it repaired and the run around and picked it up in June 2023. They couldn't find the remote and struggles to find the unit. Was charged $45 for a diagnostic that I am pretty sure they never even looked at. Wouldn't suggest doing business with them. The shop is super unorganized and their lack of communication and letting you know they can't fix it or even properly diagnosing the issue is sketchy at best."
