"Awful! All around awful! Came out to repair a Trane AC that he installed in our home about 4-5 years ago. Claimed that the coil needed replacing (just so happened to have it on hand). He said I can replace it now for $2000 (the part was covered by warranty so this was above that). Would not write the quote on letterhead, only on a scrap piece of paper. Told my husband he was not discussing the $180 and hour labor and to take it or leave it. We called our normal guy, Paul from Premier Air (could have him repair because it’s a Trane warranty issue) and he said Rueben was totally ripping us off. Paul got on the phone with Rueben got vulgar with him and hung hung. I called 2 other places which quoted us $850 all inclusive for the work he claimed we need. Rueben requested his $180 for his one hour labor. My husband paid it and he left! Completely unprofessional and huge scam! Steer clear!"
