He later determined we needed a new motor which had to be ordered. The waiting was long, but it was worth it when Manny came to install the new part. "WHAT CAN I SAY!?! Energy air is the absolute best!! Shina pulled every string she could for me to get my part that was on back order for two months. She managed to get it 2 weeks early, 2 days before my baby’s first birthday! Manny showed up early and figured out the problem within an hour and drove out to Orlando and back within a few hours to get the parts and by the end of day I had a running AC! This was an emergency install since our old system suddenly stopped working. Energy Air responded quickly to our needs in the “heat of the summer.” Jason, our salesmen found us a system quickly which could replace our old unit’s specs. The install took place only a few days after our purchase of the system. Tran and Oscar did a professional and efficient job of installing the new system. There was one minor problem with a water leak that was resolved quickly. I would recommend Energy Air for your air conditioning and heat pump needs. They are professional, courteous, and know their field of service"
