"Rented home in Cape Coral from Alexandra Fischer & Juergen Hahn & did not have good experience. Pool not working for over a week. Charged $239 for extra electricity. There were 2 adults renting. Heated pool 2 days & limited a/c because of cool weather. Were assured before signing contract would not go over allowance. Were charged $118 for adding next tier cable when originally told $35 & then $75 to get channels ESPN & no premium channels..noHD. Gas ran out of grill after one use & were told that was how renting goes..get lucky sometimes. So $357 deducted from our security deposit. Charged $200 cash at check in for cleaning & had to wash dirty windows & more & left place clean. Was planning on getting full security deposit back.Dont want this to happen to others."
