"Purchased the satisfyer curvy 2+ from this store. $60 plus bucks. Got home and it did not work. Called the store back and was told they should have checked the product before I left, which they did not. Had to wait to speak to a manager because it was the weekend. Called the manager on Monday morning and was told to contact the manufacturer. Considering that the product was not checked and I just wanted a working product not a refund. Not understanding why the manager wouldn't want to help a politely paying customer."

"I drove by this store a few times and i normally don't go to stores like this because I'm usually very shy and it's out of my comfort zone. I finally got the courage to come in a few days ago. The bald guy with painted fingernails took the time to walk me around the store to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Very sweet and courteous :) will DEFINITELY be back!!"

He was super friendly and whenever I had a question, he was more than knowledgeable about whatever product I was inquiring about.
