"On 1/3/2024, I explained about a slow tire leak issue and included where the suspected puncture may be. Later, advisor Bryan Skipper claimed no issue found. He said their tire expert examined the tire and found no issue. I explained I have a long trip soon and don't want to travel with a leak. He added, "can't fix what's not broke." I asked for soapy water for a test, he said they don't have that. Using soap from men's room, I applied it at he suspected site and bubbles appeared within seconds. Bryan Skipper said "we can't fix that." I asked if he has the same tires, he said "no". I asked if he can get them, he said "maybe, but take days.""
