"We brought my laptop in for repairs the first week of December 2023. The part we needed ended up back ordered so we waited until after new years to follow up, no big deal. But then we couldn't get a hold of the business at all. My fiancé went to the location and found it had moved. We were given no notice and were not given new contact info or a new address. It took a week to find where their new location is as the owner did not answer calls or emails. We also found out the part is still back ordered. The owner doesn't answer calls or emails. My fiancé has gone in person a couple times to see if the part is ready and each time we were told to wait another week. It is now 2/20/2024 and the part is not here. We did pick up the still broken laptop and he did graciously agree to not charge us for work once the part arrives. But, I can't wait much longer for the part to get here. I've asked for a refund on the part since it's not even here yet, but was told no. We can't afford to take it elsewhere without the refund. The owner remains unresponsive, we can't even get an update on where the part is. I really didn't want to leave a bad review, I know this is a small business. But I have no idea how else to get in touch with the owner."

"These guys are great, and not only will they always be my go-to from here on out, but I will always recommend them to others. Despite them being packed full of computers, and busy during the holidays, it took them less than two weeks to fully diagnose the issue with my PC, and fully repair and rebuild my computer. I had a bad CPU cooler by NZXT (don’t buy this brand, stick with Corsair) that killed my CPU and motherboard, they figured out exactly what was wrong and didn’t waste me any time or money, I got the parts and they did the work very quick. My computer is running better and cooler than ever. These guys are legit. They’re hard workers, and they obviously care about giving quality service to their customers. I’ll keep supporting this local business, and I recommend everyone else do the same."

"[TL;DR they kept my computer for 3 weeks and didn’t fix the issue at all.] When I left my PC there, the person I spoke to was great, talked about what was probably wrong (broken cooler) and how they would fix it. They kept it for three weeks with no updates. I finally called and asked about it. They told me one of their staff had fixed the issue just by reapplying thermal paste, and it was ready to pick up. I was skeptical since that wouldn’t have fixed the cooler, but I picked up my computer anyway. Sure enough, when I got home and turned it on, the issue was as bad as ever. I finally said “screw it” and took matters into my own hands, replacing the cooler myself. It works great now."
