"Alpha Leader use their “list of fees” as a way to charge guests over the advertised price. Our Airbnb was left spotless, with photo evidence of each room, yet we received over £100 worth of fines for items in rooms which weren’t even used. From the photos sent to us, it was very obvious that the damage had been caused by their cleaning team (the same stain across towels and sheets used in multiple rooms, including some not even used!!). After such a lovely stay, it was disappointing to receive such feedback. Do not trust the reviews on Airbnb as they are submitted prior to feedback from the host. We won’t be staying in a home hosted by Alpha Leader again and will not be recommending them."

"The company have recently started using AirBNB and have incorrectly opened their calendar with incorrect prices for 2024. We made a booking, which they then cancelled - no issue. However the issue came with how they informed us of this and how they spoke to us following. No apology, rude, dismissive and not even a “hello” on their messages to us. No alternative dates or prices offered. Beware of false advertisement and prices for dates not yet available. If you’re looking for good customer service, people oriented businesses and a good work ethic - do not use this company!"
