Cellaxs - Phone Repair

"My phone screen was cracked and the young tall slim guy took it to repair it. When he opened the phone I heard all of this cracking. I asked was that normal he said it was because of the glue (so he had to force it open and essentially rip the battery off the plate of the phone). He began to put a substance around the edge that he said was glue that was so good it was supposed to hold the phone together "forever ". Literally the next day the phone began to come apart at the edge of the phone at the bottom. I took it back and he put it together, but when I picked it up I noticed there was a line all the way down the side of the screen, then it began to get pixilated to the point I couldn't use it or see anything clearly on the screen. When I took it back he had the nerve to tell me I caused the damage and brought it there like that. How when he replaced the screen with a new one? He just fxed the screen again and wants to charge me for the screen. I don't feel I need to be charged anything because he broke the screen that I initially bought. It may be a culture thing, but thier customer service (courtesy) is subpar and I do not recommend this place at all."

"Went there to get my phone fixed, the display was cracked and not working properly. It seemed as if he was struggling because when we returned after the initial quoted time he needed another 20 min. They were nice so no issue. Now my display doesnt work and when I took it back they were extremely rude about fixing so I wouldnt recommend from my experience. Some of the reviews on Google seem fake as well."

"Took my son's iPhone to have the screen repaired and add a screen protector. We dropped it off walked to the food court to grab something to take home. By the time we came back, they were done. The price was also cheaper than a few other places we called. Very friendly too!"
