"They serviced me on Christmas! I had a ton of family members coming over for Christmas dinner, woke up to my house slowly turning into an oven. As most of us would NOT bother anyone during this time, I saw Tri County Cooling was open. I took a chance and called thinking they would most probably come at another time but to my surprise he was extremely gracious and kind and came instantly to help us figure out the issue with our unit. They came within the hour, they fixed the issue and explained to us along the way the process so we were all aligned. I appreciate them for coming and doing such a great job. I highly recommend Tri County Air Conditioning and Heating. Edited to provide an update: Luis spent significant time and legwork to get hard-to-find parts for my A/C unit. Using his experience and expertise, he saved me significant $$ by troubleshooting the problem when he could have done more worked and charged me much more.
