"Asked for an estimate and the representative said he would send me the proposal later in the afternoon. Seems like it was 5 minutes and he pulled a very high number out of the air. Close to 3k to have have a French Drain put in for my new AC unit. That’s a bit high. Plus he took the drywall out and did not replace it. I have to hire someone to do replace the drywall for 450. He said he told me that he doesn’t do drywall. I said no you didn’t when he called to raise the price because of some plumbing that had to be rerouted. I was at work and it made my day. Very clinical and did not flex on the price. He’s young and has a lot to learn. I will def not be using F1 for future renovation. Not to mention they did not finish cleaning up. Im redoing both my bathrooms. I’m a contractor and I treat my client very differently. You got to have to be reasonable or your not going to get repeat work."
