"I was beyond happy with the service at Geek Squad. I quickly made an appointment on the app, available that same day within an hour, and showed up to easily check in on the app. Frank came to help me immediately and not only was he able to fix my issue, he also took the time to go over some strategies and suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. Highly Recommend!"

"I went to Geek Squad today for someone to help me with my son's Xbox, an employee by the name of Chris with red hair and glasses( in case there's another employee in that department with the same name) helped us with everything we needed and was very polite and kind. I highly recommend him, he gave us great customer service."

"Walked in to get some help with my PC which I purchased at best buy. First they lied about not seeing the computer in the purchase history and then went on to not helping me and telling to get rid if my PC immediately as it was "fried". My PC was and still works perfectly and all I came in for a hardware replacement. If that was meant to be a marketing strategy, you need to go get your facts right or go into a different department because that is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen. Worst customer service ever. My advice, go to literally any other tech repair company."

"I have an account with the Geek Squad where I can bring any of my devices to be repaired. I have brought in two computers without an appointment and it was never an issue. I brought my laptop today at 7:20 and Justin would not attend me and asked me to make an appointment. He said the store closes at 8:00 and he doesn’t have time to put in the paperwork on a Mac. I was the only person there. There was no one else waiting and there was 40 MINUTES left for the store to close. Justin preferred to stand there for ten minutes waiting on a manager (Sergio) to tell me I need an appointment rather than just begin attending me. Very unprofessional considering I was the only one there. And super unprofessional to say Mac paperwork takes too long and you have other things to do."

"Arrived as a walked in, only two agents working, wait was an hour, asked for a manager and first I was informed he was busy and when he came out the representative told him I was having an issue with the wait even though I never told her why I wanted to speak to a manager. Finally the manager honored me with his presence and rudely told me about the wait time etc and didn’t allow me to speak. He was rude and short coming and it’s obvious the rep and the manager lack customer service ethics. If Best But can’t have enough employees to attend customers at the greek squad zone maybe they should have less on the floor doing nothing. This store is usually a nightmare and won’t recommend it at all...mistreatments is obviously their specialty"
