"I don't recommend this place at all. Keen and Frank are the worst managers I have ever seen. Their customer service is horrible and they treat their customers' time like it means nothing. They make go around and around in circles just because they don't do the work properly the first time. Not only did I waste my time 4 different days to get my device fixed, but on top of that they didn't even fix it properly. I was supposed to get my Z Fold4 screen protector replaced under warranty, which they did, but they installed it wrong which made it bubble up within hours. I called Samsung to complain and they told me that I need to go back to the same place since they were the ones who messed it up. Now that I go to them, they say I gotta?? Freaking crazy is what they are. Seriously, stay away from this place. Full of liars, irresponsible and unprofessional workers, as well as bad technicians."
