"We tried to use them. I paid the $70. Arrival supposed to be between 2-4 pm. (It was an emergency) No show, no phone call. Called them, said the next day between 7-9am. No show, no phone call. Called again. Tried to speak to a manager and they refused! No additional phone call. No refund. I had to call my credit company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Called to have someone come out to repair our fridge, paid the $70 and they said someone would be there between 2 and 4. No one ever showed up so I called back. They said the technician had an emergency and wouldn't be able to be there until the next day, so I rescheduled it for the next day between 7 and 9am. Again no one showed. At noon I finally called them back and she said she would check with the supervisor to see what was going on. I asked her to have the supervisor call me directly. Instead I got a call back from the call center lady who gave me the same excuse that the technician had an emergency and they would be refunding my $70. I said I wanted to speak to the supervisor but instead she was very rude and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. When you call, you are dealing with a call center and can't speak with anyone from the company. I've NEVER dealt with such horrible service in my life! Stay away!"
